Appearance: Red-brown roasted grains.

Application: Colour and flavour adjunct in brewing. Usually up to 10% of grist.

Characteristics: Burnt toffee flavour. Dark orange – ruby wort colour.

Ingredients: 100% Green malt (Barley steeped then germinated, but not kilned).
