Appearance: Brown roasted wheat grain.

Application: Colour and flavour adjunct in brewing. Usually up to 10% of grist.

Characteristics: Dry biscuity flavour. Less sweet than barley crystal malt.

Ingredients: 100% “Green” wheat malt (Wheat steeped then germinated, but not kilned).
